O.I.T is the newest food allergy treatment that has been proven to work in clinical trials.

Unfortunately, I didn't know about this until now. In this carefully calculated program, one is given small incremental  amounts over several months. After each successful increase, one is required to take his or her dose at home until the next increase in an office visit. After a certain dose is reached, it is required to maintain this dose for a period of time.

For example, in dairy O.I.T, the last dose that needs to be maintained is 200mL (about one cup). With this treatment, one will soon be able to eat the food(s) he or she was once allergic to.
